Yoga. Meditation. Qigong. Martial Arts. These systems of classical wisdom have been passed down for generations, each operating from core, powerful principles hidden at the center of their various surface forms. Sadly, although the forms have remained mostly intact over time, the true understanding of these powerful essential principles has gotten more and more lost.

Now, in Wujifa, the secret of this core dynamic principle has re-emerged for the modern age. Connection - and how it is expressed through our bodies, our minds, and beyond. Like Yoga, we learn to stretch and open our bodies. Like Meditation, we refine and deepen our awareness. Like Qigong, we develop a deep sensitivity to how our body connects. Like Martial Arts, we learn to develop and express power. This is your opportunity.

The Wujifa Transformational Intensive is a 5 day event designed to help you uncover the secrets of self mastery to create deep and lasting transformation of your body and mind and unlock the power, ease, and clarity you need to accomplish your goals.

In this immersive experiential workshop, you will learn powerful and effective tools to overcome inner limitations and maximize your creative potential.

What is Wujifa? Wujifa is an art and a science of creating powerful personal transformation through deep awareness. By addressing long-standing patterns in both body and mind that keep you stuck, Wujifa can help you find the inner resources you need to live the life you want. Enhanced physical well being, better relationships, and a deeper sense of joy are all available as you learn to let go of what's holding you back and empower your authentic self.

What you get:

3 Dedicated Facilitators

Richard Taracks, Trevor Caruso, and Dan Hoffman each bring a deep passion and wealth of personal experience into their interactions with students and participants in these events.

With over 50 years of combined experience in the practice of Wujifa, they offer their expertise in supporting your process of growth and personal discovery.

5 1/2 Days of Practical Experiential Material

In Wujifa, we know that developing real skill comes down not to what you know in your head, but what you can do. We focus on Direct Experiential Learning supported by a Grounded Understanding of Wujifa Philosophy to facilitate your development of Real Functional Skills.

In this transformational intensive, you will not only gain a deep understanding of the unique and powerful philosophy of Wujifa - you will also learn and practice the methods to cultivate the fuller realization of Wujifa's core principles in your body and in your life.

In Depth, Hands-On, Individualized Instruction

Each student is different, and each of us brings a unique body and history to the practice of Wujifa.

In this transformational workshop, the facilitators will work with your unique goals and circumstances, hands-on, to help you embody and deepen your understanding of the principles of Wujifa in action.

One-on-One sessions

In addition to group lectures and group practice of Wujifa methods, your participation will include one-on-one sessions with both Trevor Caruso and Dan Hoffman.

With Trevor, you'll receive Structural Integration. This bodywork (similar to massage) seeks to discover and encourage, in the client, a more holistic relation to the field of gravity by facilitating a more vibrant, aligned and connected body structure. With Dan, you'll explore the mind-body-emotional aspect of Wujifa, discovering how the practice can lead to a deeper sense of awareness of, and connection with, your authentic self.
